Agentic payments infrastructure for SMEs: AI reads the financial evidence (invoices), a deterministic control kernel verifies each payable, and Stellar settles it with a Proof-of-Payable.
Context & problem
An SME can have an invoice, a purchase order and an approval that all look valid, and still pay twice, pay the wrong amount, or send funds to a supplier wallet that changed without being verified.
What was built
Pakta gathers the evidence (Excel, PDFs, email, accounting apps), blocks payables with concrete exceptions, and only authorises payment when the payable is ready. A Soroban contract on Stellar (PayableGate) pins recipient, asset, amount and due date on-chain, and settles exactly what was registered from a vault with limits.
Delivered at a hackathon, with a testnet demo using test USDC (not real money). Open source under the MIT licence.
